All REMI projects are assessed from multiple perspectives to ensure they meet our strict investment criteria. In determining assets for our portfolio acquisitions, both medical and otherwise, the following considerations are made:

  • Our ability to enhance the value of the asset;
  • That the property is well-positioned in a location offering strong growth potential into the future;
  • That the property commands the best use of site;
  • There are strong long term capital growth prospects; and,
  • There are quality tenants delivering strong rental returns, together with high levels of depreciation benefits.

Umbrella Health operates premium medical and allied health centres offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

REMI Capital raises capital by using our unique internal distribution arm developed over many years. This has significant value to the overall organisation as it enables REMI to apply a ‘direct go to market’ strategy. We have a significant reach across Australia with penetration into the overseas market, including the APAC region and South Africa.

After purchasing projects, REMI Property develops to UDF (Urban Design Framework) and DA (Development Approval) creating significant uplift in the value and in some cases to full development of sites maximising the value chain of our property development projects.
